The plaintiff, Michael Tillman ("Tillman"), appeals a summary judgment dismissing his claim against the defendant, USAgencies Casualty Insurance Company ("USAgencies") for uninsured/underinsured motorist bodily injury ("UMBI") coverage. We affirm.
