The plaintiff, Julia Nicholson, appeals from a trial court ruling granting a motion for summary judgment on behalf of Horseshoe Entertainment, Louisiana Partnership ("Horseshoe") and dismissing the plaintiff's claim for damages arising from personal injury. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court judgment.
