Ellen and Ralph Van appeal the judgment of the 4th Judicial District Court, Parish of Morehouse, State of Louisiana, granting the motion for summary judgment by Safeway Insurance Company of Louisiana. For the following reasons, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
