Rodney J. Shannon was charged by bill of information with driving while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98(A)(D) and pled not guilty at arraignment. Defendant filed a Motion to Quash, which was denied by the court, and trial was set for October 26, 2009.
