Raffaelous Jechania White was convicted of distribution of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. As a fourth-felony1 offender, he was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. He now appeals. We affirm.
