The defendant, Clydell Cummings, was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and was subsequently adjudicated a fourth felony offender. He was ordered to serve the mandatory sentence of life in prison. The defendant appeals his conviction and sentence. For the following reasons, we affirm the conviction and sentence.
