Richard W. Adcock appeals the judgments of the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, one of which granted the motion for summary judgment in favor of James H. Ewing, Jr. and Amy Ewing and the other which denied his motion for partial summary judgment. For the following reasons, we affirm both judgments.
