In this workers' compensation case, the claimant appeals from a judgment finding that he committed fraud to obtain benefits in violation of La. R.S. 23:1208, ordering him to make restitution to his employer for all indemnity and medical payments made to him from January 18, 2004, to March 20, 2006, and dismissing his claims with prejudice. We affirm.
