Defendant, Harold Wayne Johnson, appeals his conviction for the second degree murder of his wife, Linda Gail Johnson. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.

FACTS

Defendant and Ms. Johnson were high school sweethearts who had a child together. The two separated and Defendant enlisted in the army. Following his discharge from the service for reasons related to substance abuse, Defendant and Ms. Johnson reunited in 2004 and married...
