On January 7, 2008, Dave Wilson was charged by bill of information with one count of armed robbery and one count of first degree robbery. He pleaded not guilty at arraignment, but he later withdrew the not guilty plea and pleaded guilty as charged to both counts. On June 22, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to 30 years at hard labor on both counts one and two, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, with the sentences...
