GASKINS, J.

The plaintiff, Shirley Burks, appeals from a city court judgment denying her claim to recover the price paid for furniture that was destroyed in a fire at the home of relatives of the seller, Tyrone Dickens. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court ruling.
