Clarence Jason, the defendant in this case, was with his former wife Bridget Ruffin in her home when law enforcement officers arrived to execute a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was based on a parole violation. Once inside the home, one of the officers discovered marijuana, and Mr. Jason admitted the marijuana was his. He now appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana...
