Ruth E. Morrison was convicted by a jury of aggravated rape and aggravated oral sexual battery and received concurrent sentences of life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence on the rape conviction and 20 years at hard labor for the battery conviction. Morrison appeals urging five assignments of error. Morrison's convictions and sentences are affirmed.
