This appeal arises from a one vehicle accident wherein an eighteen wheeler hauling lumber turned over. The driver, who died prior to trial, filed suit against the company responsible for loading the trailer. The trial court found that the plaintiff failed to prove negligence on the part of the company that loaded the trailer. We find that the trial court did not commit manifest error and affirm.
