This is defendant, Terrance Mosley's, third appeal to this Court. In this appeal, defendant seeks review of his habitual offender adjudication and enhanced sentence of life in prison.
In his first appeal to this Court, we affirmed his underlying conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966(A), and underlying sentence of 25 years at hard labor.
