Defendant Edward Williams, Jr. appeals alleged errors in his sentencing for the offenses of aggravated rape and sexual battery. In this appeal, defendant argues that: (1) he received an illegal sentence on Count One because the trial judge referenced the wrong offense while sentencing him; and (2) the imposition of the sentence on Count Two to be served consecutively to the life sentence on Count One renders the sentence unconstitutionally...
