This appeal comprises two consolidated lawsuits arising out of the same automobile accident. The district court granted summary judgments in favor of the plaintiffs in each lawsuit, as well as in favor of two of the defendants. We affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The suits arise out of an accident on November 22, 2005 on the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway Bridge in Jefferson Parish. Tina Erdman was traveling northbound
