In this domestic case, Michelle Rushing Garcia appeals the November 16, 2009 judgment of the trial court rendered as a result of hearings held pursuant to the filing of three contempt motions involving she and her former husband, David Eugene Garcia. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand this matter to the trial court with instructions.
