Emanuel Randall appeals his adjudication as a triple offender and sentence of five years imprisonment imposed under La. R.S. 15:529.1. We find that the appellant's assignments of error lack merit and affirm the multiple offender adjudication. We further find that due to an error patent, the sentence must be amended, and as amended, affirmed.
