In this criminal matter, defendant Joseph Stokes appeals his convictions and sentences on one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of cocaine. He contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the evidence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court and remand this matter with instructions.
