Defendant, Paul Turner, Jr., was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and entered a plea of not guilty. Defendant filed motions to suppress the evidence, statement, identification, and to recuse the trial court judge. The trial judge denied the motions, and following a jury trial, Defendant was found guilty as charged. Defendant appeals his sentencing as excessive and argues that the trial court committed reversible error...
