John Edward Marshall was convicted of distribution of cocaine and was subsequently adjudicated a fourth felony offender and sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor without the benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence and a $50,000 fine. Marshall appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm his conviction and adjudication as a fourth felony offender but amend the imposed sentence to delete...
