Bobby Ray Ingram, II, appeals his conviction and sentence by the 26th Judicial District Court, Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana. Ingram was convicted of manslaughter, a violation of La. R.S. 14:30.1 and sentenced to 28 years' hard labor. For the following reasons, we remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings as directed.
