Plaintiff, Kevin D. Smith, appeals a judgment sustaining a peremptory exception raising the objection of res judicata filed by defendants, St. Charles Gaming Co. d/b/a Isle of Capri Casino & Hotel (Isle of Capri) and Cambridge Integrated Services Group, Inc. (Cambridge) and dismissing his workers' compensation claim. We affirm.
