The plaintiff, Alberto Mejia, appeals the judgment of the trial court granting motions for summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Boykin Brothers, Inc. (Boykin), Burlington Insurance Company (Burlington), and Travelers Property Casualty Company of America (Travelers), finding that Mr. Mejia was the borrowed employee of Boykin, and dismissing Mr. Mejia's suit against the defendants.
