In this case, Ricky Vincent d/b/a Tree Surgery by Ricky Vincent ("Vincent") challenges the trial court's judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Scottsdale Insurance Company ("Scottsdale") and dismissing his claims for damages. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
