LOLLEY, J.

Plaintiff, Latasha Potts, appeals a judgment of the Ruston City Court, Parish of Lincoln, State of Louisiana, in favor of Safeway Insurance Company of Louisiana ("Safeway"), which dismissed her claims, as well as the claims of Loretta Goldsmith. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings.
