The plaintiff, Elizabeth Leigh Clement Brown, appeals from a trial court ruling that granted summary judgment and dismissed her petition for interdiction of her father, George R. Clement. Mr. Clement and his wife, who intervened in the interdiction proceedings, answered the appeal, claiming that Ms. Brown had filed a frivolous appeal.
