Indicted for simple rape, La. R.S. 14:43, a jury convicted defendant, Robert Gordon Jones, of sexual battery, La. R.S. 14:43.1. He was sentenced to eight years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. He appealed. We affirm.
