Plaintiff/appellant, Theodore Louis Manichia, appeals a granting of summary judgment in favor of defendants/appellees, Carole L. Garell Mahoney and Lanny Joseph Garell, dismissing all remaining claims against them in Mr. Manichia's suit to nullify a donation inter vivos of immovable property. For the reasons provided herein, the decision of the district court to grant appellees' motion for summary judgment is affirmed.
