Lafayette Electrical Marine Supply, Inc. (LEMS) appeals the granting of a summary judgment in favor of Abdon Callais Offshore, LLC (Abdon), which dismissed its petition for a declaratory judgment recognizing its lien or privilege against a dry dock owned by Abdon. Based on our de novo review of the evidence, we affirm the judgment.
