The Plaintiffs, Lloyd Bordelon and his wife, Dotris Bordelon, filed suit, seeking damages stemming from a vehicle/pedestrian accident. The Plaintiffs waived their right to a trial by jury and stipulated that their cause of action did not exceed $50,000.00.
