The plaintiff, Lorraine Irving, appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation rendered in favor of her employer, Transit Management of Southeast Louisiana, Inc. ("TMSEL"), on October 20, 2009. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
