The Appellant, Malcolm Perkins, appeals the district court judgment granting the motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants, Discount Bail Bonds and Bail Bonds Unlimited, Inc. (collectively "Bail Bonds").1 For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
