The defendant, Eric Stevenson, appeals his conviction and sentence by the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana. Stevenson pled guilty to criminal damage to property with the intent to defraud and the trial court sentenced him to three years at hard labor.
