Defendants, Robert Thornton and Bill Schwyhart, appeal the decision of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana, which denied the defendants' exception of personal jurisdiction and granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, IberiaBank. For the following reasons, we affirm.
