Alisa Simon (Plaintiff) was injured in an automobile accident on August 12, 2002. She was a guest passenger in a 1999 Mazda. A GMC Sierra pick-up truck, owned by Nondestructive & Visual Inspection, Inc.(Nondestructive) and driven by Travis Poche (Poche), failed to stop for a red traffic light at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 90 and La.
