Defendant was charged with terrorizing, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:40.1, and was found guilty by a unanimous jury verdict in the 24th Judicial District Court. Defendant was sentenced by the trial court to serve twelve (12) years in the custody of the Department of Corrections. For the following reasons, we affirm defendant's conviction and sentence.
