This appeal involves the allocation of fault between a driver and the Louisiana State Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) for a collision that occurred on Louisiana Highway 117 in Natchitoches Parish. As a result of that accident, Edward Raymond was killed. Other issues raised include the failure to strike several jurors for cause, the refusal to allow a witness to testify, the award of damages, and the assessment of expert witness fees...
