On appeal, plaintiff-appellant seeks review of the trial court's ruling maintaining defendant-appellee's exceptions of no cause of action and improper joinder of parties. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand for further proceedings.
According to the original petition, Joseph Young, Jr. ("Mr. Young") was the holder of a promissory note made by Mr. Branch.
