Plaintiff/appellant, Susan Hubbard, appeals the granting of an exception of no cause of action and the granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant, Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation, dismissing her claims with prejudice. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm both judgments.
