On October 29, 2007, defendant, Cary J. Reese Jr., was charged with First Degree Robbery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64.1. He pled not guilty at arraignment. On April 8, 2008, defendant signed a Waiver of Constitutional Rights form, withdrew his not guilty plea, and entered a plea of guilty as charged. Defendant waived all sentencing delays and, in accordance with his plea agreement, was sentenced to twenty years imprisonment at hard...
