In this trip and fall case, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants after finding that an unpaved parking lot did not present an unreasonable risk of harm. With the mixed question of law and fact presented for the inquiry concerning an unreasonable risk of harm, we find that material issues of fact remain. The judgment on the motion for summary judgment is reversed, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings...
