The defendant, Montraygo Latron Drake, appeals his conviction for the offenses of possession of a Schedule I drug with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and illegal possession of a stolen firearm. He argues insufficiency of the evidence and ineffective assistance of counsel.
