Defendant/Appellant, Roughneck Construction, L.L.C. ("Roughneck"), appeals the judgment denying its Exceptions of Prescription for the indemnity and medical claims of Plaintiff/Appellee, Jeffrey Alfortish ("Mr. Alfortish"), from the Office of Workers' Compensation, District 7, Southern Division. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse and vacate in part, and deny attorney's fees.
