The plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment granting an exception of prescription filed by the Parish of Jefferson (the Parish). The Parish filed in this Court a motion to dismiss the appeal as untimely. We find merit to the Parish's motion and accordingly dismiss the plaintiffs' appeal as untimely.
