Following remand, this matter returns to this court on appeal from the trial court's determination that defendant, James Dunn, is not mentally retarded and is therefore not exempt from capital punishment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's ruling in that respect. Furthermore, this court's capital sentence review pursuant to La. Sup.Ct. Rule 28 dictates the death...
