This matter is on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court, which directed this court to issue an opinion after we peremptorily granted an application by the State for supervisory review and reversed the trial court's decision to suppress evidence. For the following reasons, we conclude the trial court improperly granted the defendant's motion to suppress.
