GUIDRY, J.

The grandchildren of a tort victim that died as a result of a trip and fall accident appeal a judgment of the trial court sustaining exceptions based on the objections of no right and no cause of action that resulted in the dismissal of their wrongful death claims. Finding no error in the ruling of the trial court, we affirm.
