R.S. 14:32.1; (2) driving while intoxicated, first offense, in violation of La.R.S. 14:98; (3) careless operation of a motor vehicle, in violation of La.R.S. 32:58; (4) driving under suspension, in violation of La.R.S. 32:415; and, (5) no seat belt, in violation of La.R.S. 32:295.1.
